1. When I make online booking via the website, how do I know that my booking was successful?

>> We will send you a confirmation email after we receive your payment.
Please always check your Spam folder as it might be in there. If you do not receive any e-mail, please contact us at vietnamrentcar@gmail.com

2. Can I cancel my booking and get my money back?
​
>> We are afraid that we cannot refund your money. Our policy sets that all bookings cannot be funded.

3. What should I do if I want to change date, time, pick-up location or drop-off location, ect?
​
>> Please send us an email at vietnamrentcar@gmail.com to ask for a change. Change must be done 2 days before your departure date, free of charge. Otherwise, $5 fee is applied and paid upon arrival.
Please provide name and email address used in the booking when making the change.

4. Our flight is delayed, what should we do, will you wait for us?

>> If you flight delays more than 2 hours, please notify us via email, phone call, or skype ASAP.
If you fail to notify us, we will consider the situation as a no-show.
